again check with your dentist. A pension scheme doesn't have to be NHS related!

Because we are not employed by NHS but by private owner who has a contract for NHS services. In that case you have to move to NHS hospital which seems better anyway (it is somewhere discussion about dental nursing at hospital) otherwise you can forget about it. That info was given to me by NHS HR department... Plus they do not honour your experience the way you would like them to, when you have it not from NHS directly, despite the fact that job is pretty much the same...
With dentist is a little bit different because they are self-employed and they pay high contribution to NHS pension.

I THINK IT'S UNFAIR ON US, ALL NHS NURSES GET TO JOIN IN NHS PENSION SCHEME, WHY NOT US?

Hello, I guess that the best thing to start with, is to ask your employer.
At my practice we can have one but it won't happen automatically.
