Cross infection audits

12 years 3 months ago #2379 by MLA
Hello,
You are welcome.

Just want to add, that there are some proof that as we are doing the audits, the standard will be kept.
When we don't, the standard seems to drop.
I guess, knowing that we are audited will keep us on our toes. When we know we aren't, we drop the guard and start cutting corners.

So, audits are good! :)

Hello,
The audits are there for us to check if we are doing what we should do, in the right way and at the right time.
If we aren't we can then find out what the problem is and fix it. This goes for all audits by the way.
If they affect our job roles? Yes, they will do as we will be doing our job as it is meant to be done, if we have done the audits and the result is good. Practically it will take a bit more time, specifically in the beginning before we get used to doing them, but after a while it will be a routine job.

Just out of interest what do people understand about cross infection audits? How important are they and how do they affect our job roles?

Thanks,

Katy
