Log books

Thankyou all for your replies we are now using our log books and getting ourselves round them. There are only 2 nurses in the practice so we remind each other to sign them

I made folders...with template done on the computer..put date,am/pm,temp,holding time,pass/fail/comments and signature...but it is more difficult to make the other nurses to write everyday those imformation and sign

We have made our own so we don't have to buy them for expensive money.
As long as the tests are logged, it doesn't matter how the actual book looks.

If you can, just print a label and put on them so it is easy to see which one is for what.
An autoclave log book I guess you must have used long before HTM 0105, as that has been a necessity for many years, so you'll know how to use that.

It is always difficult before you "get the hang" of things.

They are the HTMo1-o5 log books for the washers autoclaves and ultra sonic so we can log dow our weekley quartlerly tests we have to do.

I havent even heard of these?!

Does any body make head nor tale of these log books. The ones we have are the same on the inside but just different covers for each appliance.
Can somebody please help or advise. :
