SICKNESS PAY / POLICY

We don't get sick pay unless we are signed off by a doctor, in which case you are paid in full for up to 12 weeks if you have been at the practice for more than a year!

Hi there

Our policy is quite detailed but from memory I get full pay for up to 4 weeks after that its considered long term sick so I'd go down to basic sick pay which I think is half , after that I'd need regular meetings with my manager and discussion s about a phase return back to work. I don't think its set in stone I think it says extensions on full pay can be granted given the circumstances of illness or reason for being off. Hope those is helpful.

As far as I am aware most ppl dont get sick pay, I definitely dont. If it was longvterm sickness benefits would need to be claimed
