trainee ortho nurse to dentist?

The best way to find out would be to go onto university websites who offer the course and read the entry requirements. When I applied to be a Hygienist it said what qualifications you could go from

Hi,
Presently I'm studying orthodontic nursing, I am a full qualified dental nurse with a radiography and impression taking qualification.
I enjoy dental nursing but feel like I would like to go even further in my career once completing this course.
Does anyone have advice to help me on what to do next on to applying to universities to study dentistry? Would I need extra qualifications? More experience? Etc. Please help
