Hi my Brian. I've been having problems with doing my GCSE maths again, I have it a grade -'D', along with four other GCSEs. I'm a qualified dental nurse with almost two years experience. I'm really struggling with working full time, and doing my course, I have no time for revision with trying to have a social life, keeping updated with CPD/dental training, and housework. I'm really not enjoying and I really don't think I'll pass it.
My question is, it is really a big deal not having maths at a 'C' grade, I've only ever seen a couple of jobs asking for it, I don't particularly think I want to go on to advanced training like hygiene or anything, my only concern would be If I applied for a job at dental hospital, last time I checked they're only really concerned about dental nursing experience, I don't know if it's different in Northern Ireland or not.
If anyone could give me any advice, it would be great thanks,
Brian.
