fulfilling cpd requirements

Hi I have been directed to an American site giving verifiable cpd free but am unsure if I can use it for my uk cpd requirements? anyone have any ideas regarding this and to be honest I only need to complete my nonverifiable cpd for this cycle ending july 2014. any help greatly appreciated
