I personally don't know if they could take any action against you, it may be possible but I think the best thing to do is get in touch with citizens advice and if they can't help I'm sure they would let you know who could.

Hi, Im looking for a bit of advice. My mum passed away in March and im having a bit of a difficult time at work. I have been told about some off the stuff my boss has said about me while my mum was in hospital. I am giving my notice in, but i wanted to know could any legal action be took against me if i left without notice.
