Decontamination logs

There are dental suppliers that offer log books which do exactly what you have suggested and enable you to record daily/ weekly tests all in one book specific to the equipment you have.
Isopharm a company based in Rotherham offer these as well as some of the larger dental companies ! They have a website specific to dental decontamination so maybe worth looking in there.

I was wondering if anyone had any examples of the
HTM 01-05 Related decontamination and sterilisation
Log Sheets you use in your practices?
At our practice we seem to have so many different log
sheets for all different processes that we have to log and
the paper work for it all feels endless. We have about 5 or 6
different logs! Does anyone else have this problem? There must
be something with it all on 1 sheet per day?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
