Dental Nurse to Practice Manager

Hi there,

I'm a qualified Dental nurse and Oral Health Educator. I recently started working in the role of practice manager and need to enrol on some sort of training course.

My boss has put to me either this course( see link below) through the dentistry business, or ILM level 5.

Has anybody done either of these? or know anyone that has?

Or can anyone recommend any other type of training??
