Hi guys!
So basically I have an interview for Nhs community dental.
Freaking out a bit since I've been trying to get a post like this since I qualified 3 years ago but they rarely come up!
So , naturally, did a giddy dance when I got the letter to say I was shortlisted for interview..... Next week!
Anyone have any pointers for the interview?
I got very good feedback from an interview I did a wee while ago, (my first one as a qualified nurse since I'm still in the practice that trained me) and hope it's the same.
They asked me about the sterilisation process from dirty to sterile, what consent means, is training important, why do I do the job , what's the patient journey. ...... Etc.
but this was for private practice so unsure how different NHS questions will be!
Do community get more specific? I'm trying to research and try to shadow an appointment in my local community provider, but it's difficult to sort that out :Sc
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
