Digital X-ray

Hi there

I'm a trainee dental nurse and we use digital x-ray in surgery. Should I be doing any test at the beginning of the day for this? I check the cord and wire regularly to ensure this is ok and it has the radiation test carried out by a trained radiograph person. Just seems like I should be doing something daily. We also grade each X-ray to ensure the dentist and the machine are taking them correctly.

Any help would be appreciated
