Sedation & Implant nursing

Hi there

I have been dental nursing for the last 6 years, I have been qualified coming up for 4 years and i have just accepted a position in another practice, closer to home.

At the new practice they do sedation and dental implants - neither i have done before.

Can anyone give me a brief description of what is usually expected of you as a nurse assisting for either sedation or implants, i am excited to learn but also a little nervous.

Any info or experiences would be a great help...
