I'm doing the BDA course which is pretty good and as you said, it fits around life. Both are approved and recognised courses. You just need to choose the one most suited to you. The course content is pretty much them same as far as I'm aware. You still need to build a portfolio for assessment and make sure you have a supervising dentist as a witness and mentor. If you are confident enough to work on your own and stay motivated, go with BDA, they are very supportive and helpful if you get stuck. If you prefer something classroom based, go with NEBDN.
