COSHH folder organising

8 years 7 months ago #7295 by kittykat
I have two box files, one for the domestic cleaning products and miscellaneous products we have around the practice such as super glue and another box file for the dental products. Each product has a MSDS and risk assessment in a plastic sleeve and they are filed alphabetically. I also have a contents sheet at the front of the files.

Hey

I suspect there a several ways people make up their coshh folders. We actually have a front summery numbered and it's all in alphabetical order so not split in to categories it works fine for us.
Just a thought.

I am trying to organize our COSHH folder. At the moment it is done by location which is not working.

Could anyone please tell me how your folders are organized? I was thinking along the lines of ...
-Restorative materials
-Cleaning materials
and that's where I draw a blank

Thanks!
