Thank you both. I called the GDC and over about 4 phone calls to them I spoke to different people each time and the ladies there was so lovely.
I have had to fill out a restoration application form and it will take about 10 days to get it all sorted.

I called the GDC just before the deadline for the first time as I had a few questions. The person I spoke with was very helpful. I'm sure if you explain the situation, that they will be able to help.

You could certainly try and explain your situation and see if they will allow. I do know they have strict timelnes

Hello everyone.
I'm hoping someone can help me.
I pay my ARF through my employers business via direct debit.
I decided to check online today as I hadn't received my cert and our hygienist brought her new one in today.
And it looks like the payment hasn't taken place. I have just found the latest letter from GDC and notice they needed us to declare our indemnity. Which I didn't do!
So to cut a long story do you think I would be able to call them tomorrow and pay over the phone?
