Hi have you tried looking on the NEBDN website to see if there are examples? Speak to your tutor as they should be able to help you with this and like already mentioned make copies of everything and don't forget the more detail the better. Good luck

Thank you for your help! I gave my ROEs in on tuesday and will get some feedback next week. Fingers crossed I did it okay

I have just done my ROE.
The first thing i would say is DO NOT LEAVE IT TO THE LAST MINITE! it takes more time than you think it will!!!
If you are unsure do some basic ones first, something you do a lot E.G a check up, amalgam filling etc.
If you are doing it with dentrain as I did you can send them to your tutor for marking. They will send it back to you with advise.
PHOTO COPY ALL OF THEM!!!!! Some of mine were lost in the post!
Aim to have it completed a week or 2 before its due because you never know what may happen with post/ having to re do a couple!
Remember to always put about PPE for yourself, dentist and patient and include that instruments are sterile etc all those basic things! Check medical history, use of single use barriers etc

I've just started my course and need to do my first log on an ROE sheet. I really don't know how to start it all. I was told to do an Appendix as a way to refer back so I didn't have to repeat myself a lot of the time but I'm also not sure how to start that.

Can anyone help or send me an example, I really want to do well in this course, it's so important to me.
