register yourself on NHS jobs and you can receive updates from them when the jobs of your choice become available. I work in hospital and have done for 6 years but now its soo hard to get a permanent job alot of places are just offering 3 month contracts due to cuts in the NHS :( though im sure if you are determined enough you will get the job of your dreams!! :)

I worked in MaxFax for over 10 years.
I simply just wrote to all the hospitals I wanted to work in attaching my CV and a covering letter.
Lucky for me I was offered an interview at my first choice and got the job.

If they are a decent employer they will give you training and continue to offer training throughout the year (I never had to pay for any of mine).
It's a very rewarding job, it's very different from being in a practice which is what I wanted.

I've gone on to do other things within the dental industry that have been non clinical but found them just as rewarding and challenging.

Hope this helps :)
