I thought I'd put this out there: has anyone else has encountered a course provider slow to enrol them with the NEBDN?
I joined a L4 Sedation Course in August. Apart from the theory/exam the main part involves practical learning modules and 30 patient case ROEs. To begin you need to login to Pebblepad (which occurs when you are registered as a learner with the NEBDN). For some reason the course provider did not register me with NEBDN for 4 months. The course is advertised as possible to complete within 6 months.
It was months of at first politely enquiring and then BEGGING with no result. Eventually I emailed the NEBDN (after seeking advice from BADN).... mid December suddenly I was registered.
Of course I am relieved, but genuinely puzzled.
To be clear: course fee paid in full prior to my start date.
