Just make sure if you do complain to the principle
Do it constructively as a principle will want all there staff to be productive
Otherwise keep you eye out for other jobs

Hi, I think PM's will always have their favourite nurses and although it sucks that's just the way it is, they're only human. As long as you know that you're working hard and doing your job to the best of your ability then I think that's all you can do in your situation.

I think you rise above it, or you speak to the principal of the practice but remember you need to have your evidence based to go on so make simple notes to day and times when you're not happy with whats gong on before you go to whoever you need to.

This way you will get it of your chest and feel better.

Hi, to all you hard working dental nurses!
What am I to do when I have a PM penalising me for doing my job productively & effectively throughout my working day. Other DN nurse is favored by PM & gets away with sitting on her mobile phone for hours doing jack s..t while I'm running around like a blue a...d fly? Opinions greatly appreciated x
