Hey everyone, I would love to get some feedback from other dental nurses. As a nurse, I've always struggled with the soft skills because I'm more of an introverted and so communicating and presenting to the patient was not easy for me. I was wondering if anyone else struggled in this area, and if they ever got training on this area, or if they would be interested to have future training in this are. Since most seminars are targeted towards dental related stuff and not so much of developing soft skills.
