Hi, don't know if anyone can give me some help and advice. I have been asked to conduct the staff appraisal's, of which i have never done before and I am at a bit of a loss of how to go about it. We are only a very small practice, just the one dentist and 2 nurses plus myself. Are there any forms out there that would be suitable, with being so small we don't need anything too complex. I would be most grateful for any advice that anyone could give.
