Hi Guys,
I'm currently in a temp position I'm due to finish at the end of March, the practice wants to keep me on but can't offer me enough hours I need unfortunately! so I'm wondering what on earth I'm going to do next, I like the idea of moving onto management but know it wouldn't be easy without any experience so I'm thinking should I locum for a while until i figure it all out?
I am quite a nervous person so of course the thought of going to a new practice every day is quite daunting (this is due to being bullied in my first ever nursing job!!)
I'm just looking for some opinions from anyone who has given locuming ago?
