does anyone out there have a clue as to what 'pro-rata' bank holiday pay is? From how I can see it I've got to use my annual holiday entitlement to cover Christmas day this year because I only work 3 days a week [ plus cover for other staff hols and sick ]. I won't get tuesday as boxing day anyway cos this is one of my days off which is fair enuff but I thought I'd get monday 27th dec as I always work mondays. Apparently it doesnt work like that when u work part time. Does anyone know if this is true?
