theres always job opportunites out there if you feel your not getting paid enough

Hi Guys, I jus wondered if anyone hd an iea on pay? Could someone advise on what a recently qualified nurse with 3 years experience in suffolk would earn. Also I have been nursing for 14 years and in the last year have been more like a practice manager with the duties I have taken on, im in suffolk too. Can anyone give me an idea please.
