I currently work at a busy mixed NHS/Private practice in Scotland. The practice owners have little to no consideration of how the staff feel or how our lives are being affected by how little we get paid. We are in a small city and from what i have heard from other dental nurses in the locality, we are averaging £2 less an hour than other practices.
We have had a staff meeting about this but nothing was done. I am struggling to find any other posts that are full time so i wondered if anyone has any tips?
