Does anyone know the answer?
I qualified in March this year and my GDC registration was delayed by the pandemic so I wasn't registered till the end of May.
My contract with the practice says upon registration I will get my payrise, however due to the pandemic my practice has told me I wont get a payrise since wages are now being paid by the NHS. So I'm a qualified nurse on minimum wage and it doesnt seem likely that my payrise will be backdated to May even after things go back to normal.
Is this right?
