New to CPD

You need to complete 150hrs CPD per CPD Cycle (5yrs). Your cycle starts from when you first register. Your 150hrs should comprise of 50hrs verifiable CPD and 100hrs unverifiable/ general. I'm confused with all this CDP stuff.My cycle has just started this month and i haven't got a clue on what im doing. im trying to find free CDP.
