Anyone thought of working abroad when qualified?

Hello, im a trainee nurse in Oxford and i have recently thought about moving abroad to work after i am qualified. i was wondering if anyone else has had the same thoughts and whether they are planning of going through with it or not and if not why? any thoughts or advise would be great.
