paying the dental nurse nvq back to your employer

I am presuming that it will be laid out in your contract how it is paid or if you leave b4 course finishes. if it is not then you will need to ask the practice manager who will advise you

i am about to start my new trainee job , what if i wish to stop it in 2 months or 3 as i might find it i dont like that filed ?

do i have to pay back full amount they paying for my nvq or just amount i have been with them ?

does anyone know how this works ?
