CPD

Hi, I'm currently working out my CPD for my third year of my five year cycle and i was wonder weather our verifiable CPD have to be about certain topics? its never crossed my mind that we may have to do certain topics as well as making sure our 50 CPD are done. if anyone could shed some light as to weather i just need to get my 50 verifiable hours what ever they are or weather they need to be certain topics with x amount of hours for which ever topics?
