Work Permit for overseas dentist

Well, I am an overseas dentist from Egypt, and I was in contact with Tempdent ( in London) to get the 2 day familiarization course and the following procedures reaching the enrolment to for the NCB to can get a job as a dental nurse, MY QUESTION is: does anyone have any idea if any of the dental clinics can offer me a contract to get the work permit as a dental nurse with it or any other ideas can solve the visa problem as the UK border agency couldn't really understand my case?
